Meet our newest trainer, Brooke Snyder! 👏🏋️‍♀️

Brooke was born and raised in Meridian, Idaho. She came to La Grande to further her education at Eastern Oregon University while continuing her soccer career. In 2025, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and remained active in collegiate soccer. Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors whether it’s hiking, swimming, trail running, working out, or snowboarding. She has completed two half marathons and also works as a wildland firefighter. Passionate about health and movement, Brooke plans to pursue a career as a physical therapist while continuing to do the things she loves.

Canaan is an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer from Fruitland, Idaho with a background in explosive sports like football, wrestling, and track, including 5 years of collegiate football. Canaan is specialized in helping clients who are just starting out or need guidance with form, routine, and building a strong foundation. His approach combines athletic experience with a focus on safe, effective movement to help you gain confidence, strength, and long-term results.
