We had a blast with TCCA, Henry County Branch, playing Christmas games and telling them the amazing things that we offer at The Oaks ALF.

The 5 steps are ...
1.Wet Hands
2.Apply Soap
3. Lather the back of your hands interlace your fingers
4.Rub nails and and fingertips against you palm
5. Rinse your hands
How long should I wash my hands for?
15-20 seconds or you can sing the Happy Birthday to your self or out loud depending how you are feeling!
Why do we feel hand hygiene is so important in this specific environment?
Germs travel fast in a healthcare setting, and to help with that proper hand washing is a must to keep you and our residents safe.

Yesterday we had some amazing visitors who always know how to put a smile on our faces. We’re thankful for the Southeast christian church for all they do for us! 🎄
