Foot health is super important!🦶🏼

It’s the foundation of our beings.

In these videos I used a simple hacky sack ball that I bought from the foot collective and just a stick I found outside.

Try picking things up with your feet, it’s a fun challenge and remember that repetition is key 🔑✨

We also used the playground for our alternative balance beam.
I always try to get the kids in on the fun!!

The foot collective also sells a mini balancing device for the feet that we use indoors.

This past month has been full of lymphatic learnings and fun! Combining lymphatic drainage with restorative bodywork is similar to tapping into an undiscovered river of renewal and vitality for your body.
By increasing the lymphatic flow with lymphatic massage and drainage you can boost your body’s natural detoxification process. This process is happening at all times with deep breathing and movement but sometimes our lymph can slow down or get sticky with garbage or when our detox organs are not working properly. I’m eager to begin sharing these deeper understandings with my restorative bodywork.
