Family care clinic in Lagrange Kentucky. Currently under construction/remodeling. Located behind the Lagrange Post office. Open Monday-Saturday.

We will have a temporary location at 604 Crystal Place, Suite #5, Lagrange, KY 40031. Special for Month of November and December is $25.00 for physicals (school & daycare, etc.).
