This week, I'm telling you about the dream I almost kept buried forever.
The dream I held so close, I didn't even tell my husband, John.

The moment his instant "yes" shook me awake. And what happened when I finally let go.

Tomorrow's email is about surrender. About the moment I released my grip on the outcome and discovered that's exactly when Spirit said, "Now you're ready."

It's also an announcement I've been holding close to my heart. And it's time to let it bloom.

See you Friday morning, beautiful souls

Want to know how to keep things alive through winter, whether it's roses or dreams?

Three things: Good soil. Consistent tending. Faith that growth is happening even when you can't see it.

Here's a simple practice I've been doing each morning:

Before coffee, before your phone, stand near a window (or step outside if you're brave). Take three deep grounding breaths.
Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Ask: "What's ready to bloom in me today?"
Listen for the first thing that comes—not the logical thing, the true thing.

Then honor it. Even if it's small. Even if it seems out of season.

Maybe it's starting that project in February instead of waiting for spring. Maybe it's sharing the thing you've been holding close. Maybe it's simply letting yourself rest deeper, trusting the underground work happening in your roots.

Your bloom doesn't need permission. It just needs you to listen.
Try this tomorrow morning and let me know what wants to emerge. 💛

That yellow rose is still blooming in my office.

Still defying every gardening rule. Still opening in February when it's "supposed" to be dormant. Still reminding me that divine timing doesn't care about our calendars.

Friday's email was about this, about how the most authentic blooms often happen out of season. How sometimes your soul is ready even when your logical mind says "wait for spring."

If you missed the email, the link is in my bio. But here's the heart of it:

You don't need perfect conditions to bloom. You don't need spring. You don't even need to know the full plan. You just need to trust your own timing.
And if you're feeling something ready to emerge but unsure how to navigate the unfolding, that's exactly what our private sessions are for. Reiki to clear the blocks. Spiritual guidance to trust what's emerging. Coaching to move through the fear of blooming before you're "supposed" to.

Book a session. Let's explore what wants to bloom in you, regardless of the season. Link in bio.

Sometimes when we’re scrolling, we forget to breathe. ❤️

Really breathe.

Deep into your belly (it's almost uncomfortable if your not use to it).

Exhale all the way to the end, like you really want to let it all go; Every tear, every worry, anger, fear, regret.

Exhale it all out.

Because, authentically, I'm not a football person!
Sound Bath Tonight. 5 pm. Doors open at 4:30.
$10 at the Texas Quilt Museum.

Sometimes we just need to lie down, let the sounds wash over us, and remember that we don't have to bloom on anyone's timeline but our own.

Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you have one (I have extras). Let the singing bowls remind your nervous system what divine timing feels like.

You don't need to be "ready" or "perfect" or have it all figured out. You just need to show up.

See you tonight. 🎶✨

A single yellow rose bloomed in my office last week.

In February.

During some of our coldest days.

When it was supposed to be resting.

And I laughed, because Spirit doesn't operate on our timelines, does it?
Sometimes the most powerful blooms happen out of season. Sometimes your soul says, "It's time" when the calendar says "not yet."

This Friday's email is about trusting your own divine timing instead of waiting for the "perfect" season that might never come.

Because maybe the thing you've been holding back, waiting to share, waiting to start—maybe it's already ready. Maybe you're already ready.

Join me for the journey in Friday morning's email. 💛

Your nervous system needs nourishment to choose ease over panic. One of my favorites: fermented garlic honey.
Simple. Powerfully supportive.

Fermented foods support gut health, which is directly connected to nervous system regulation. Your gut and nervous system are in constant conversation.

Five years ago: laptop crisis = ruined week, tight chest, spiraling about what it all meant.

Last week: same crisis, completely different response.

The grounding breaths weren't fixing my laptop. They were fixing ME. My nervous system. My capacity to stay present when life breaks.

This is what spiritual practice actually looks like - not perfect, not fixing external things, but transforming how you MEET what's broken.
