Choose Life License Plate Choose Life license plates are available at all county clerk offices in Kentucky. By purchasing a Choose Life license plate, 100% of the proceeds above the cost of a regular license plate will be donated to pregnancy care centers in Kentucky. Amazon Smile We all know Amazon has a little bit of everything. By making your regular purchases through their Amazon Smile program, you can be supporting Crossroads. Baby Bottle Campaign Fill a bottle Your Way! The Baby Bottle Campaign is an integral piece in the fundraising we do to bring hope, help, and healing to those to find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy. To participate: • Bottles may be picked up from Crossroads. • Fill the bottles Your Way! With check, cash, spare change or even online donations. • Return the filled bottles to Crossroads. Donate Directly to Crossroads You can mail financial support directly to 6435 West Highway 146, Suite 2, Crestwood KY 40014. You can also make donations of tangible items such as diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, hygiene items (deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc), directly to the center by dropping them off on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 and 6:00 or Wednesdays 9:00-1:00.
