Shellie is truly amazing, 🤩 Just like her business name says!! I was way overdue for my back pain injections and in pain. I got in with Shellie for my deep tissue massage and she helped me with my pain issues in a tremendous way. I am a side sleeper and could not sleep at all for the tremendous pain in both hips. She worked hard to get into the deep muscles to help relieve my pain that was obviously due to my lower back problems. I don’t think there is anyone that would try harder than Shellie to help you leave her feeling so much better, much less pain and suffering, as well as being able to get a better nights sleep. 😴 She is truly awesome 😎 Thank you again, Shellie Robin Maxey

Stretching is so Important! Here are some very effective, deep stretches that will help the full body become more flexible. Modify if you need to. you can use Yoga blocks or books to help keep your balance. ( yoga block can be found at 5Below!)
Keeping up with things like stretching between massages can be beneficial for your body and health.
