Today, the Meadowbrook family gathered at Meadowbrook LaGrange to honor and remember Patricia Kollereb, whose sudden passing on December 31, 2025, left a profound void in our hearts.

For 13 years, Patricia served as a compassionate and devoted nurse, touching countless lives with her kindness and gentle spirit. Her residents adored her, her colleagues respected her, and all who had the privilege of knowing her were better because of it.

While we grieve her loss, we also honor and celebrate a life beautifully devoted to service, kindness, and dedication to others. Her legacy lives on in every life she touched, and her spirit will forever remain a cherished part of the Meadowbrook family.

Our hearts are with Patricia’s loving husband, Jim, and her two children, Jimmy and Madison.

Butterfield Healthcare Group is excited to announce that Meadowbrook La Grange, Meadowbrook Naperville, Meadowbrook Bolingbrook, and Lee Manor Post Hospital Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care in Des Plaines are now VA-contracted providers for skilled nursing care.

This designation expands access to high-quality rehabilitation and post-acute services for eligible U.S. veterans in compassionate, clinically advanced environments.

Another successful community community easter egg hunt at Meadowbrook of LaGrange. Such a beautiful day we had between 150 and 200 kids and over 2,000 eggs for them to hunt. Also the Easter Bunny was there for pictures. Thank you to everyone who came out to make the successful and and to everyone that was there to help out. See everyone next year
