Hi , I heard this from a friend today and want to spread the word. The Dragon and The Rose posted this on Instagram earlier today and I just found it via a friend. Please help spread the word through the community.

"Friends, Wren here. We are in a crisis situation. For at least 2 years, we have been running in the red. During the pandemic, business was brisk, but when the world opened back up, business dropped significantly while our costs went up. Our previous daily sales averaged $1500/day. We were getting by ok. We are currently at less than $400/day. Our overhead is staggering and we are deeply in debt, having maxed the credit cards and lines of credit trying to keep the doors open until business picked up. To decrease payroll, we limited our days and hours of operation, hoping to increase sales on the days we were open. We have tried to sublease the Annex space to defray some of the rent but that never panned out. The fact is, we are so upside down right now, I'm not sure we can recover. We are facing the very real possibility of having to shut the doors forever. We need to raise $4695 to pay the balance of May's rent, and another $6600 for June's rent. Any surplus will be used to pay back sales taxes and outstanding vendor bills.

We need the support of the community we have supported for the last 15 years. This is beyond devastating, and I truly hate to ask, but if you are in a position to help, your help is needed.
