Anyone up for a fitness challenge??? Fitness is ALWAYS better with friends to cheer you on…AND it’s better when it fits your goals and your level of fitness. So before you think “I don’t go to the gym” or “my favorite workout is on the couch”, we may be able to incorporate all of this!….
I would love to start a fitness group that uplifts one another. The challenge would have levels so you could pick what is best for your body, best for your time frame, and best for your overall health. And of course, creating a challenge that allows you to stay in the comfort of your own home (with little to no equipment needed) or have the chance to really push it and maybe go on an adventure to a local park or gym if you desire.
