My experience includes providing individual psychotherapy at the San Diego VA hospital with veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and post concussive symptoms. Also I have provided couples and family therapy with the Family Mental Health Clinic at the VA. While working with FOCUS Project in Coronado I had the special opportunity to provide skills based training with Navy SEALS and their family members around the challenges of deployment. Military families are strong and resilient, together we can help you achieve satisfaction in your life. My experience also includes working with women around issues of self esteem, life transitions, substance abuse and relationship issues.
