If you are still in a bad mood, go for another walk.â Well, centuries have passed but the Greek physician still has a point, writes Andrew McCarthy. Andrew discovered the power of taking strolls years ago when he traveled 500 miles across Spain on the Camino de Santiago, an ancient pilgrimage route. âHas anyone ever emerged from ambling through nature for an hour and regretted their improved state of being?â Not likely, Andrew says.
