Happy 9th Anniversary to Soulution Pilates! When The Sporting Club unexpectedly closed at the end of 2015, it was a dark and challenging time—especially with a six-month-old baby. I scrambled to find the right location, sign the lease and work with the contractors to renovate the place, and start my own business. However, looking back, even though I struggled & questioned whether I was going to survive in business I learnt that I should trust that things happen for a reason.

I feel incredibly fortunate for the support of those who followed me from the Sporting Club, the new relationships I’ve built, the bodies I’ve learned from, and the opportunities that continue to unfold. Most of all, I’m thankful for the lives I’ve had the privilege to impact.

Here’s to more growth, learning, and living my dream every day!
