Today’s sold-out Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Pamela Godde, assisted by was a beautiful way to pause, release the year behind us, and soften into what’s ahead.

Thank you to our incredible teachers for their guidance and everyone who joined us, showed up for themselves, and shared in this nourishing moment of letting go, rest and renewal.

May the calm linger, the breath stay spacious, and the heart feel a little lighter as we step into the new year together.

We are so grateful for this community and these moments of shared stillness. 💫

✨ After 20 beautiful years at Prana, our beloved teacher and friend Sara
is moving across the country this month and will join her husband Domonic to begin a new chapter in North Carolina. Her wisdom, warmth, and authenticity have helped shape the heart of our PRANA community, and we are endlessly grateful for all the love and dedication she has poured into Prana. ❤️

Sara has also helped train generations of new teachers as a senior member and mentor of our Yoga Teacher Training faculty for both the 200hr & 300hr trainings. Her guidance, presence, and big heart have touched countless students over the years. 🤍

She has 7 more classes with us through December 20 — we hope you’ll join us in practicing with her, sharing hugs, and sending her off with all the love she deserves. 🧘‍♀️✨

Though she’s moving, this isn’t goodbye. Sara will return in the new year for guest classes and special events, and she will always be part of our Prana family. 💛
