This month I will be fundraising for ,a group that I have been supporting for many years. This topic is so sensitive and hard to speak about but I feel it's important to shed a light on this issue and the struggles our loved ones go thru with mental health every single day.
I lost one of my most favorite humans ever.
Patrick Ostrom.
My kids lost one of the most hilarious,kind,and loving Uncles to ever walk the earth.
I lost a beloved brother in law, and true friend.
We all miss him dearly,every single day.
I will be proud to send in my donation at the end of the month in honor of him.

I went to Big Bear over the weekend and came back a year older..🥳.. It was absolutely beautiful up there. Quiet and crisp with snow piles everywhere.

If you have booked an appointment in the last month you might have noticed the client announcement that starting February 1,2025 there will be a 10% increase in session pricing.
Like many small businesses I am adjusting to increased expenses and this change will allow me to continue offering the services and sacred space that you have come to love.

WELCOME HOME !!!
Absolutely THRILLED to have been able to stop in today and see how amazing everything looks! This old house still feels as welcoming as it always has and I am very excited to witness its next incarnation.
I had to get a "Bougie" tee,some jerky, and of course some 🧀.
I chose the Greek Gouda..😍it's absolute melt in your mouth goodness and I can't wait to eat it all myself!
Next time I may be brave and try the duck prosciutto..😉
