What is stress?

In person services are provided at our offices in Santee, Alpine and La Mesa

Can’t Make It In Person? We provide counseling remotely while you stay home. Available for anyone in the state of CA.

Video counseling is an exciting service that is available for clients who are too busy, live too far away, have physical limitations or have trouble finding childcare. Now, we can meet wherever it is most convenient and comfortable for you – your couch, your kitchen, or your hotel room.

All that is needed is a smartphone or computer with internet access. We have found it to be just as effective as meeting face-to-face, and the research backs us up.

Video counseling is secure and accepted by major health insurance companies. And – perhaps the best reason to consider it – its ease-of-use makes it far more likely to stick with, and complete treatment to get you feeling better.
