She has experience working with teens, adolescents, adults, and families, and has supported clients presenting with concerns such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-esteem and body image challenges, as well as relationship difficulties. Karli has experience supporting adults with a range of mental health concerns, couples navigating relationship challenges, and teens recovering from eating disorders. We are also excited to welcome Taylor Flinn, AMFT to our Rancho Bernardo office this month! Taylor supports children, adolescents, young adults, and families in navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and developing a healthier body image and relationship with food. She has a strong interest in working with students and student-athletes, helping them strengthen emotional regulation skills, build confidence, and find balance both in and outside of their sport.
