At their best, unwanted emotions 🌊like anxiety and anger, can help us know what we stand for or get us moving toward something we want.

Hi, my name is Christine. I am so glad you are here!

As a therapist, I am dedicated to empowering clients with insight, education, and skills to understand the effects of unhealed trauma (and/or an eating disorder) on the brain and body. Collaboration and achieving a sustainable pace while addressing this life-changing work with clients are vital to me. I am honored to walk alongside individuals as they move toward feeling more present, regulated, open, and authentic in daily life.

I am an EMDR-certified therapist and consultant-in-training. I have advanced training in structural dissociation, attachment trauma, internal family systems, and Flash Technique - used to help reduce the disturbance caused by painful memories.

A little bit about me, I grew up in Orange County and have lived in San Diego for almost a decade. One thing that you will learn about me as soon as you enter my office is that I am passionate about horticulture. Both my home and my office are filled with plants. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing music, reading, or snuggling with my dog, Lunita.
