Recipe -
1 - cup whole milk
1/2 - organic turmeric
1/4tsp - dried ginger powder
1/4tsp - black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar (optional) - kids like it if it’s a little sweet.
Bring it to a boil and drink warm - adding 1/2 tsp ghee is optional
