What exactly is HypnoBirthing?

HypnoBirthing is really about learning how to stay calm and work with your physiology during birth.

Through breathing, relaxation, and understanding how the body works in labor, we help parents move out of the fear–tension cycle that can make birth feel harder than it needs to be.

Instead of feeling overwhelmed, you learn tools to feel grounded, confident, and supported throughout the process.

My next HypnoBirthing® series begins April 1 and meets for 5 weeks.

This 5-week experience is about so much more than preparing for labor, it’s about feeling informed, supported, and truly confident in your body and your birth. We slow down, learn together, practice together, and create space to approach birth with calm instead of fear.

And if this isn’t your first baby, this class can be equally- if not even more- meaningful. Many parents return to birth wanting a different experience, deeper understanding, or simply the chance to prepare in a way they couldn’t before.

I’m so excited to announce a 5-week HypnoBirthing® series designed for expecting parents who want to feel calm, confident, and prepared- together.

This class blends mind-body tools, nervous system regulation, and practical partner support so you can approach birth with trust instead of fear.
