Hill Ave Clinic is the new branch of the Pediatric Clinic of Laporte that will be open November 4th, 2024.

Located in 451 E.FM 646, Dickinson, TX,
We will be taking appointments over the phone at (281)- 867-0291 or Walk-ins are also welcome.

To our parents - the Hill ave clinic has same day appointments available for your kids starting November 2024.
Schedule your child's THStep, immunization, school and camp physicals or see us for walk-ins, sick visits or check ups.

We are here Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
and Saturdays -8.30 am to 12.30pm.

We accept all insurances including Medicaid, private, and fee for services.

Dear Parents
Please be aware that due to the back to school rush and the recent increase in cases of Covid 19 among our Pediatric population in La Porte our office staff is very busy trying accommodate and to provide the best care we can at this time. Our priority right now is to see our sick patients and to have them screened for possible Covid 19 as deemed necessary and advise families with kids who are positive. We are at the same time trying to accommodate parents who have waited for the last moment to get their child’s Well Child check up and shots in addition to their sport physicals and wanting to get them back on their medications/sick issues at one visit.
We are trying our utmost to accommodate and help everyone because we know that your kids are your number one priority and they are also our priority.This is the reason we have been working over time and relentlessly throughout the week including Saturdays with filled daily schedules. Our staff have also been putting their lives at risk daily during this period of increase spread of the Delta Variant among our back to school population.
We ask for your patience and due consideration knowing that we are working for the welfare of your children. All non-emergent issues at this time like referrals, routine lab work ,medication refills etc.will be handle in due time.
If you feel that your child needs to be seen for emergent treatment and my staff were unable to get you into see a Provider please contact the Office Manager or feel free to walk-in within normal working hours and we will try our utmost to see your sick child.
If you believe that there has been a l delay in the service requested at this time please contact the Office Manager or myself before posting any such unkind and disrespectful comments on social media without giving us an opportunity to address your issues.

Thank you all for your patience and cooperation in these difficult times especially when this Pandemic seems to be taking a toll on our children in schools,their families and even our staff.
Please be reassured that we will continue to do the best we can to accommodate everyone however all we ask for is your patience and due consideration.

The Pediatric Clinic of Laporte will be temporarily closed due to a pipe break that resulted in flooding. The clinic will be reopen Friday, tentatively. Phone lines are down at the moment. Nuestra oficina reanudara las horas normales de trabajo a partir de Julio 1,2020.
Debido al aumento de Covid 19 casos en el condado de Harris , tenga en cuenta a todos se les exigira que se cubran la cara (Mascara, Panuelo, bufanda etc) no solo para protegerse si no para proteger a nuestro personal del virus Covid 19. Tambien se alienta a los padres a traer solo al paciente que necesita ser atendido a la oficina para evitar we hacinamiento en el Area de espera.
Los padres tambien pueden solicitar esperar en su Coche hasta que se les llame.
Nuestro horario de trabajo del Julio 1,2020:
Lunes - Viernes 9am - 5pm (Almuerzo 12-1pm )
Sabados 8.30 am- 12.30 pm

Dear Parents,
Our office hours will resuming normal working hours starting July 1, 2020. Due to the spike in number of Covid 19 cases in Harris County please be advised that everyone will be required to wear a face covering (mask, bandanna, scarf etc ) to not only protect themselves but to protect our staff from the Covid 19 virus. Also Parents are encourage to bring only the patient who needs to be seen to the office to avoid overcrowding in the waiting area. Parents can also request to wait in their car until called.
Our working hours from July 1 , 2020
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (lunch 12-1pm)
Saturday - 8.30 am - 12noon

Dear Parents:
The PCLP will be working in office Monday,Wednesday and Friday 9am - 5pm seeing children for their THSteps and immunization follow up .
For Sick visits please call our office from Monday thru Saturday 9am - 5pm so that we can arrange a Televisit or if necessary an in office visit.
It is highly recommended that parents and children wear a mask while visiting the office to protect themselves and our staff from being exposed to the Covid 19 virus.
