To our valued clients,

We, at Pet Doctors of Industry Animal Hospital, hope that you are all safe and well as we are, and we are thankful for this.

We have been getting a number of inquiries and appointment requests the past 2 weeks that PDI was closed, and it was frustrating that we were unable to be of service to you.

On April 16, 2020, Thursday, we are re-opening the hospital to meet your pets' needs. We are still temporarily discontinuing Saturday and extended hours.

Starting April 16, 2020

Hospital Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm (lunchbreak 1-2 pm)
Saturday - closed

We will be seeing patients on an appointment basis to decrease wait time for you. Walk-ins are still welcome for urgent cases.

Starting March 23, 2020 (Monday), until further notice, we will temporarily discontinue our extended hours from 6:00pm - 8:30pm.

New hospital hours: 9:00 am to 6:00pm (lunch break between 1- 2 pm)

We will also be seeing patients on an appointment basis to decrease wait time for you. Walk-ins are still welcome for urgent cases.

To avoid being in close proximity to others, we have a procedure in place if you have an appointment or walking in with an urgent case.

We ask that once you arrive in the parking lot, please call (626) 855-4301 or text (626) 888-0489 so we can check your Pet in.

When we are ready, we will call or text you. Kindly bring your Pet near our entrance and staff will meet you to bring him/her in for the examination while you wait in your car.

The doctor will then call you to discuss findings and recommended treatment or procedure, ask you questions, if any, and to answer any questions that you may have.

If your Pet is to be dropped off for a procedure, we will get in touch with you when he / she is ready to be picked up.

We all are worried about COVID-19 and the impact it has on our lives. We hope that you and your family are safe and healthy.

We are monitoring advice from the Centers of Disease Control, the World Health Organization and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

With these guidelines in mind, we will continue to open during our regular business hours to serve you and address your concerns regarding your pets.

Pet Doctors of Industry Animal Hospital would like to reassure you that we have enhanced and increased the frequency of how we clean and disinfect the premises, furnitures and surfaces that people regularly contact.

Staff members have been advised to stay home if they are sick or running a fever. We are thankful that no one among us has come down with an illness.

To avoid being in contact with many people in our reception area, once you have checked in, you may wait in your car until your pet is ready to be examined by the veterinarian. We will give you a call or send you a text message when we are ready to see your pet.

We would appreciate it, too, if you can limit the number of people taking your pet to the hospital, to one or two.
