I’ve completed the Conscious Leadership Business Accelerator and am now a Certified Conscious Leadership Guide. This work deepens my ability to hold space for conversations that move people from reaction into awareness, from tension into understanding, and from uncertainty into clarity.

In my Gratitude Journeys and gatherings I’ve witnessed how presence changes everything. Leadership is not about control. It is about consciousness. When we slow down enough to truly listen and respond instead of react, relationships heal and new possibilities open.

I look forward to bringing these practices into the communities and individuals I serve.
