Iām happy to see that people enjoy the class but most importantly, they showed up for themselves. Itās the mere fact that they showed up for one hour, out of their day, to slow down, breathe, stretch, strengthen and be in community. š
In 2020 I stepped onto a yoga mat and 25 years later I continue to find joy in leading others to feel good on and off their mats.
Friends, itās simpleā¦No matter if yoga is for you or not⦠Just move! Your mind, body and spirit is begging you to take care of yourself.
