March Youth Yoga begins tomorrow at 4pm! And we are extra happy because March blesses us with FIVE MONDAYS- 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Which means we get to meet up five times!
Yippee!!!
Maybe this is your sign to reenroll your kiddos, or enroll you and your child to enjoy the series together.
We have so much fun but we also build bonds with each other and with the practice itself.

We arrived to a rainbow and deep gray skies.
We chanted Om Shanti to close out the Chinese Year of the Wood Snake.
We balanced in standing figure four with increased difficulty by adding a twist.
We opened our hearts in supported fish.
And we rested.
✨🌈⛈️🐍🕉️✌️🙏✨
Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.
