What a fabulous Winter Workshop for our Youth Yoga class!
We moved, breathed mindfully, worked with positive mantras, had fun improvising the words to our Salutations, made ornaments and reindeer headbands, got creative and finally, stilled the body and the mind.
Thank you to all my little reindeer and their mamas too, who came out and enjoyed this fabulous couple hours at Gather.
Especially our newest Sundance Teeny Yogini, Baby Reindeer Kyla!! 🐣👶🍼🎀

So much love for this beautiful and always blossoming community. 🥰🎄🫶❌⭕️🧘‍♀️

Getting ready for today’s super fun Youth Yoga Holiday workshop fusing yoga with ornament making!
If you want to join last minute- I still have space for 2 more! Class is at 4 at Gather.

Holiday Workshop is
🎄MONDAY DECEMBER 8 at 4pm at Gather🎄This is a double class period, 4-5:30pm
We will practice yoga, play yoga games, work on our breathing tools and mindfulness techniques, and ALSO make a few ornaments each!
It’s so much fun to fuse yoga and art together. We have two different styles of ornaments we will get crafty with.
Sure hope you can join- scholarships available!
Please enroll as a courtesy so I have a head count.

Pop Up Yoga & Art Workshop
Monday December 8
4-6pm
We will move through yoga poses and games, breathe mindfully, use our positive mantras, make customized Christmas ornaments, and slip into a beautiful deep rest in the snowy peaceful gardens of our minds.

$50 per student
Limited attendance
Held at Gather Yoga & Wellness
4-6pm 12/8/25
Super fun way to close out 2025.
Regular weekly Youth Yoga classes resume in January.

A Block party- Yoga Style!
From cleaning, to balancing on the blocks and having blocks balance on them- to a silly dance party with yoga freeze….we had a great third class in November.
