I just love putting festival goers in Superhero pose. There’s a potent shift in energy afterwards that is palpable.
Weekend II Festival Campground yoga in the bag- another fabulous group.
Blessed to center myself and be a vessel for these ancient teachings.

What an amazing Monday we shared!
I’m so proud of the Youth Yoga Crew… 4 year olds to 40 year olds and everything in between. ❤️🌷
Look at my moms rocking their camel poses?!! And these speedy little turtles balancing blocks in their backs as they crawl around the room.
We center ourselves with lunar breathing and stand tall in our trees. 🌴🌳🌲
Mondays are the best!

March Youth Yoga begins tomorrow at 4pm! And we are extra happy because March blesses us with FIVE MONDAYS- 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Which means we get to meet up five times!
Yippee!!!
Maybe this is your sign to reenroll your kiddos, or enroll you and your child to enjoy the series together.
We have so much fun but we also build bonds with each other and with the practice itself.
It’s $175 to join your child for the whole month of March. DM to enroll or go to our website.
