Owning my own wellness business is one of the biggest blessings of my life. I’m truly grateful I get to support people in their healing and growth.

But “easier”? Not even close.

Behind every session is scheduling, cleaning, charting, marketing, bookkeeping, and about a thousand tiny decisions you never see.

We haven’t had any luck raising donations for the Community Food Drive this year, so we’re shifting gears to make sure local families still receive support. ❤️

Instead of waiting on drop-offs, Chaney and Autumn will be personally shopping for groceries and donating everything directly to the Illinois Valley Food Pantry next week.
