On this date Aug 21, 2025 our “Victory Belle” gifted to us by Youth athlete Laila Liu was mounted on our board.

Most gyms have a PR bell, a PR gong or alarm that gets struck anytime a member PRs a lift. At VICE, we will ring this bell as a reminder to celebrate all victories and all wins.

PR a lift, RING THE BELL. A youth athlete earns an A on a test or won their tournament over the weekend, RING THE BELL. You just got hired for that dream job, received a promotion, earned a raise at work, or had a win in life, RING THE BELL. Let this bell also serve as a reminder that if life has been hard and the victory was simply walking thru our doors…then absolutely RING THE BELL!

Let’s continue to celebrate all the victories both inside and outside our gym!
