Sara J Dearmin, RN

A Colorado Native, and currently a trauma nurse. Sara is an RN who aspires to provide high-quality nursing care and services. Sara's clinic values patient satisfaction and provides one on one compassionate care to benefit the healthcare needs of her clients. She sets her standards high to ensure the best care and to showcase her specialties. She puts the patient first by listening to their concerns. Sara strives to better her patient's quality of life and overall wellness. SKILLS
Critical Care and Trauma Nurse. Emergency and Trauma Care. Surgical Care. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from the American Heart Association. NIHSS, NRP, TNCC Certified. Adept at relationship based care. Critical thinking to aid in decision making. Adaptability and stamina to support in the continual changes in healthcare situations. Dan LaPerriere, MD

Dr. Dan specializes in helping people restore and optimize their health. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of Nutrition, Detoxification, Hormonal balance, and Cardiovascular disease prevention, Dementia prevention, and Energy/Nervous System support. Dr. Dan LaPerriere is a board certified family medicine Doctor. He completed his family medicine residency in 2005 at Rose Family Medicine Residency in Denver, Colorado. He has worked in primary care and in the Emergency Department for the past 15 years. In 2010 he began learning about Functional Medicine as a way to improve health and vitality. He has since dedicated himself to ongoing study in this area. He is a certified functional medicine practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
