Medicare GUIDE program…

If you have a loved one with dementia and traditional Medicare (no advantage plans) they may qualify for 70 + hours of fully covered home care — through the GUIDE Program.

To qualify, they must:
• Have a dementia diagnosis
• Be enrolled in traditional Medicare (not Medicare Advantage)
• Live at home, in assisted living, or independent living (cannot be in a rehab or nursing home)
• Not be enrolled in hospice

This program could be great for someone looking for respite care; or just needing a little extra help after a sickness/hospitalization. This is a yearly $2500 benefit that is available for caregiver support at NO COST TO YOU!
