I recorded a few sessions from last Friday to celebrate my 2 year anniversary, and I honestly can’t believe how fast the time has gone. Entrepreneurship is a journey no one can really prepare you for, with a lot of highs, lows, lessons, and growth along the way.

For the past couple of years I’ve had the privilege of being part of people’s healing and wellness journeys. Listening to their stories, sharing moments of wisdom, encouragement, and hope for a healthier life.

Celebrating 2 official years of serving people and feeling incredibly grateful for the people and opportunities that have crossed my path!

HAMSTRING WORK 🏋️

Brayden has made excellent progress during his sessions this week.

He is a collegiate bowler🎳and came to try assisted stretching a while back with tight hamstrings, hips, lower back, and additional focus on the shoulders and upper back. 💪 He’s seen great improvement since, so we’re honored to have him in during spring break!
