UPDATE: As of Thursday, December 12, 2019 Tracy Flory, NP will begin seeing patients at Hometown Family Medicine. She will be working with Dr Terry Alford, Dr C J Tumambing, Dr Erin Meeks and Nicole Crane. PA. The address is 1698 Vernon Road LaGrange, GA. The phone number to schedule appointments is 706-298-4937.
Tracy invites all her ALL her former patients to join her at Hometown Family Medicine. The office is set and ready to schedule your appointment to see her now.

As many of you may have already learned, LaFayette Neurology was permanently closed by the owner on November 14, 2019. The office staff apologizes for the short notice, as we were only informed on November 7th. Medical records may be obtained by leaving a message at 706-350-5525.
Many have asked where they can continue to see Tracy Flory, NP. We are happy to announce that she is in the process of relocating to a local primary care office in LaGrange.
Tracy welcomes her patients that would like to continue care with her to contact the scheduling office, as soon as the relocation is in place.
