You can already schedule energy healing, spiritual guidance, sound therapy, and private embodiment sessions! Check out my bio! This has been a long time coming!

Hi friends! Here’s an update to my yoga offerings. I’m no longer teaching Restorative at Ohm. (I apologize for no warning, I didn’t get one either.) Hi! Ever wanted to try the aerial yoga hammock?! How about the Lyra hoop?! This is a beginner class that I’m subbing this Friday 7/25! I’d love to guide you! It’s a fun way to stretch and strengthen your body, while finding joy! When I sub I also include a sound healing savasana in the aerial hammock.
