We are a Crisis Helpline Manager at Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS) to lead our Regional Crisis Lines!

You will be overseeing a team of Crisis Counselors in providing high-quality crisis intervention services and follow-up care for individuals in crisis.

We are seeking a leader with strong clinical skills, previous experience providing direct crisis or helpline intervention, and in-depth knowledge of behavioral health crisis services.

For the past few years, Thurston-Mason Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization and Olympic Health & Recovery Services teams have held a silent auction with proceeds going to a nonprofit selected by the staff during the end of year celebration. For 2025, Thurston County Food Bank was the selected nonprofit.

We are excited to announce that $2,170 was raised!

These contributions will help provide essential resources to individuals and families in need throughout our community. This achievement reflects the incredible compassion and commitment of our team to making a positive impact.

Please join us in congratulating OHRS staff Colton Rallo on his promotion to Crisis Services Supervisor! Colton joined our team in 2021 as a Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) and has been a key team member in providing Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) Evaluation services to the Great Rivers Region (Lewis, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Cowlitz, and Wahkiakum Counties). Colton will now be one of 3 supervisors along with the DCR Services Manager overseeing DCR services in a seven county region. Congratulations Colton! We love seeing long time staff members grow their careers with us!!

Please join us in congratulating OHRS staff Crystal Kennemer on her promotion to Recovery Support Supervisor! Crystal joined our team in 2022 as a Case Manager on our Houseless Outreach team, then moved in to a role as a Discharge Planner when she earned her MSW. Now she continues her work in our Hospital Diversion Program overseeing our HARPS, CBRA, and Peer Bridger teams. Congratulations Crystal!
