l have been getting a lot of requests for advice on falling and staying asleep. So I have recorded a meditation to help you fall and stay asleep. It is good when you go to bed and when you wake up and want to go back to sleep.

I also highly recommend the practice of Bhramari (Bee's breath) before bed. Simply hold your ears and inhale deeply, with your exhale hum/buzz like a bee. 🐝 Repeat this three times and you will be activating your vagus nerve.
These two practices before bed at night, will surprise and delight you! Sleep well my friends.
