One of our end of season sails!!

Wind Therapy Wellness Retreats is enjoyable even on chillier days. While most prefer the heat of the summer months it is still enjoyed by the cooler weather participants.

We are sad to see the 2025 wellness sail season to come to a close but we are super excited for all the planning that is happening for 2026 season!.

Carrie is incredibly grateful for the journey she has been on in co-creating and facilitating aboard Wind Therapy with Captain Dave and our other practitioners.

It is such a blessing to offer what we are passionate about. We strive to provide a safe and excellent service!

Wellness is a journey. That journey is different for each individual. We always advise our participants to Let Go of expectations when sailing with us because expectations can hinder their full experience to receive exactly what is meant for each person while attending.
