We wanted to highlight a truly remarkable human being in our Radiant Health Community, Tom!

In 2010, Chief Master Sgt. Tom Pizzi led a humanitarian effort in Kirkuk, Iraq, to refurbish severely damaged school desks for local children who often had to share cramped, unsafe seating. After learning from local education officials that poor desk conditions were a major obstacle to learning, Pizzi organized volunteers from the 506th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron to repair and rebuild desks to better serve local Iraqi children’s educational needs.

Tom always brings in huge smiles into our office, he is truly a remarkable human being!
