Welcome to breathe: massage therapy and structural bodywork
Massage addresses mental, physical and emotional needs while also addressing the body's structural alignment inviting permanent change to help you live more pain-free. I provide each client a customized massage based on their individual needs, not a pre-determined routine of strokes. The first session begins with a thorough intake process where we categorize your areas of tension, pain or discomfort. Next we discuss a plan to determine your goals and organize your sessions so that you are receiving the most benefit from each massage visit. No matter why you are seeking massage today, it is my goal to help you feel better and move more freely. Many massage companies force you to select a service from a menu of treatment options each of which only partially meet your body's needs leaving you feeling as though your session wasn't complete. This process is confusing and does not truly address your unique, individual, structural and relaxation expectations. The customized massage approach addresses all of your body's needs by utilizing a wide range of techniques in order to receive a fully balanced approach to your wellness.
