This is Shoyo 😻 She came to us to find a new home that hopefully will be able to meet her needs. She is an anxious cat and cowers down when other animals are around so she really needs a one cat family.
When she is completely comfortable, she is the sweetest baby ever!

A recent study published in Nature found harmful, antibiotic-resistant pathogens like Salmonella, Cronobacter, and E. coli in commercial raw cat foods, posing health risks to pets and humans, especially vulnerable groups. Many products lack warnings about the dangers of undercooked ingredients, according to author and researcher Dr. Laura Goodman, Ph.D. ’07, assistant professor in the Department of Public and Ecosystem Health and in The Baker Institute for Animal Health in the College of Veterinary Medicine.

Meet our adoptee, Mischief!

She is a previous outdoor kitty (captured near our very own clinic) turned secret biscuit maker- and while she is still shy, she loves treats and gentle pets!

She is still not very comfortable with being picked up, but is something that could be worked towards with patience and a loving home.

Currently spayed, vaccinated and tested negative for Felv/FIV!

As promised, here are some pictures of our new arrival!
This sweet boy is Cthulhu, he is the sibling of the other kittens who just found their furever homes.

He is around 9 weeks old, has had his first FVRCP vaccine and first round of dewormer.
He is the sweetest, most playful boy ever!

He may do well in a home with children, or even dogs as he lived with them in his foster home. 🐾
