Great mentoring programs don't just happen. They are designed through careful planning and sustained through commitment.
Why a mentoring program? Mentoring allows people to learn from one another, providing a path to skill and knowledge transfer. Impactful mentoring programs train Mentors and Mentees to have productive conversations and meetings, providing them with career development tools and resources to accomplish set mentorship goals.
The purpose of mentoring is to connect a proficient practitioner with advanced expertise in the profession with someone who hasn’t yet achieved that same level of experience.
Mentors provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the Mentee, serving variously as role model, teacher, counselor, coach, advisor, sponsor, advocate, and ally, depending on the specific goals and objectives negotiated with the Mentee.
The mentoring program is designed exclusively for members of the IACT and the IMDHA who wish to expand their knowledge base in a nurturing, supportive atmosphere. It provides the opportunity to broaden and amplify hypnosis techniques and business practices learned in school, through private tutoring.
Continuing Education Hours: You will earn hour-for-hour CEU’s upon successful completion of the 6-month program.

The program is presented by Michael Watson, who brings over 40 years of experience to this program to support you in becoming your best. He is the Principal Trainer for IACT, an educator of the year, an internationally renowned Master Trainer of NLP and runs a busy private practice.

Michael Watson – An international trainer of NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis, Michael Watson has been practicing hypnotherapy for over four decades. He is a former trainer for Salad Ltd in the UK and on the training team for NLP of the Rockies and the UP Hypnosis Institute. A Diplomate of IMDHA, and IACT “Educator of the Year”, Michael is a faculty member of HPTI and is the Director of Phoenix Services for Personal Development. Known for his lighthearted and caring style, Michael’s training programs are as enjoyable as they are practical. His developmental work in Evolutionary Hypnosis is “cutting edge” and offers a new skill set to hypnotists in contemporary practice. When he’s not traveling and training, he lives in Orlando, Florida where he maintains a private practice.

PREREQUISITE:
- All applicants must be certified under the guidelines set forth by the Association.

- Successfully pass the oral exam.
