Louisiana Derm Fall conference 2025. The lectures were great and the socializing with my colleagues was 10/10. Weekend of learning with my derm sisters filled my cup. I love solo private practice so much but I do miss catching up with colleagues who know exactly what the day to day of practice ownership looks like. Being surrounded by other lady Derm bosses is the best. Feeling rejuvenated for the end of the year and the future!

Beautiful, youthful restoration of my patients lower face. Her results were accomplished in a single session of lip/perioral filler and Dysport treatment. Results are just two weeks after treatment. Notice the improvement in lip hydration, lip structure and fine lines around the lip. Precisely placed filler with my micro cannula technique provides support to the entire perioral area. A venous lake is a benign vascular lesion located on the lips. This patient was told by her doctor that oral surgery was her only option for treatment. In just two vascular laser sessions with Malinski Dermatology her lesion is resolved without having any surgery. She is thrilled with her results and so are we.
She gave us permission to share her results so other people can avoid surgery with laser treatments.

Reflecting on the years that have passed between these two photos. So much life has been lived. So many memories made. 8 years of birthdays for all of us. My patients often worry that cosmetic treatments will make them look weird or different but the goal of treatment is to keep them looking like themselves. The best possible version of you! Restoring your features not distorting them. I am still aging and I embrace all of my 41 years(42 next month). I would never trade the years, the knowledge or the experiences of a life lived. However, I don’t feel the need to SHOW those years in the form of wrinkles, facial volume loss, and spotted skin 😘

Sometimes it’s the little things that bring us joy. This patient is in her eighties and decided to have her ears re pierced after 40 years of her holes being closed. Now she can wear her pretty earrings and get a few new pairs! Feeling pretty doesn’t have an age limit and her smile and joy made my day.
