When I, would walk home from school as a child, I would look to the grass to see what I called wish flowers.

The other day, I ended meeting with a client at a park. As I held her I realized we were sitting in what seemed a field of these wish flowers. It felt magical because just a week ago I had picked the cover for my first book to be exactly this image. 🙏🏼🫶🏼🙌🏽

It's those synchronized moments that align and confirm what we already knew in our soul, all is well.

Though the book has been finished for a little over a month we have been waiting on formatting, editing, ISBN, and other details. We are excited to bring it to the public for we know it will bring healing and growth like everything else has done this far, this will tackle another part of the brain. 🧠

𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥. And for good reason.

We think that if we forgive, we’re saying what happened was fine… that it didn’t hurt… that they get away with it.
But that’s not what forgiveness is.

Forgiveness isn’t saying “it was okay.”
It’s saying you deserve peace.
It’s saying you won’t carry what they did.
It’s saying the pain doesn’t get to run your life anymore.

When forgiveness is conditional, so is your freedom. And conditional peace will always come undone.

Unforgiveness holds you hostage. Forgiveness sets you free.
