Processing deep emotional trauma from domestic violence was unexpectedly painful, even after years of immense centeredness and happiness. It resurfaced old wounds and caused physical symptoms that, in the medical field, were alarming to my family and me.
Now, after a deep clearing, I once again created healing for myself the way I have done for many, to a point that can be called a miracle.

Healing isn't a straight line; it returns in unexpected waves. I share because often everyone treats healing like a place to arrive. As if only feeling one way, happiness is the goal. Truth, we are like the moon, and we ebb and flow, friends. This intense journey of healing DV, something I was unaware was unprocessed, was much shorter than my first unguided healing journey from SA. It has brought profound joy and elation. It's revolutionizing my approach to coaching and mastering personal power moving forward.
