Finally!! I am focusing and putting myself, my energy and all my resources that is me, 💯 to our v-saga app. As such, I, will no longer be coaching. V-SAGA will continue coaching via our three coaches, however I will coach in the app allotted hours for the community.

It is a long overdue season to enter. A season I have been very disobedient to follow, yet I AM Ready. Let's Go.

It's Valentines 💌 Week 2026!!

For many it's painful, it's single awareness day, it's loneliness. Common expressed feelings are jaded and some cynicism towards love.

I loved pulling from the archives, this sit down with Devon, two years later as he is heavy in promoting the movie

We often want to blame the dating scene, society, toxic masculinity, our past failed experiences, when the truth is it starts with us. It's not about looking, finding or falling in love, it's about becoming love itself that we then find alignment to find someone that they too have put in the work to align and both experience themselves, the love they are in one another.

To regain self esteem, personal power and peace during tumultuous seasons, we must stop subscribing to the unconscious behavior of outsourcing your power, your peace.

Stop seeking dopamine and reflect and pinpoint where is your cortisol, stress point at? Then regulate as needed.

Start taking action in your life, home, career, and community in ways that leave you feeling taking care of you, of yours and doing your part.

Survival of the fittest wasn't about the strongest, it was about the most adaptable. Adapt to the changes you need to bring forward to create the life you love. ❤️
