Amazing people, great conversation, delicious food and beautiful ocean views at Sea Bluffs in Dana Point. The Build Your Own Charcuterie boxes and take home flower arrangements were so fun and a great way to remember the event.

I’m not smart enough to remember to get pictures of those things but I did get a picture that represents what was most important: the genuine connections made with high integrity people who love serving our seniors and want to make a difference in their lives.

Thanks Fatima Roa, Susan Fiolka and Jared Audisio for hosting such a creative and fun networking event.

And thank to the rest of these folks who do such a great job serving the senior community! I’m honored to work alongside you guys.

I am honored to join the Board of Directors for the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce for 2026. This Chamber has been such a positive experience for me and I've made some incredible business connections and also some great new friendships. I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve and give back in this way.

I was also honored with the Rising Star Award for 2025, which was so kind. Looking forward to a great year with this Chamber!

Another great meeting with the South County Senior Professionals Network (SPN) this morning. Such a great group of people who are passionate about serving the senior community! Yong Shin from SNF Dental Care did a great presentation about the amazing resource that they are for seniors. Check them out for sure! Great way to start the day!

It was great to see the amazing Ginger Thomas and her team at their open house at Comfort Keepers in Tustin! They do such a great job serving their clients and bringing value to the senior community!

AND I won a nice bag full of goodies and swag! Not a bad way to spend an afternoon…

Today was the first ever meeting of our new South County Seniors Professional Network. We gathered a roomful of dedicated and compassionate people who love serving the senior population in South OC, focusing on San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano.

Today we got to hear from Jessica Reiter-Flax about the resources available for seniors through The Village. Such a great organization!!

Special thanks to Michelle Sucillon of the San Clemente Villas for the vision to get this group together and providing the place and the coffee!

My incredible wife, Traci, and I recently got to perform some Christmas music for the residents at the San Clemente Villas. We had such a great time!

The renovations at the Villas are continuing and it looks amazing! The Sky Lounge is almost open and the views are stunning! Let me know if you’d like a tour!

Had a great couple of days with some of the Assisted Living Locators franchise owners from the West Region. Loved hearing the plans and updates from the corporate office and getting really inspired by the things that so many of these owners are doing.

Really grateful to be a part of such a great community of people that help me to serve the seniors in south OC in a better way!

Also great to be in the Rallio office to get a refresher, as well as hearing some really exciting stuff from Online Image! 2026 is going to be incredible!

I had the privilege of being a guest on the Good Neighbor Podcast in Orange County this week with host Rachel Fyffe. It was such a great conversation!

I was encouraged to be able to share about why I got into this business and the incredible honor it is to help families walk through this journey of finding the right assisted living or memory care option for their loved ones.

I love what I do!

My wife is amazing. She teaches violin. She started the Ladera Ranch Violin Studio just two years ago and has over 35 students who sound amazing!

While we used to work together in the ministry, one of the beautiful ways our live intersect now is when she brings her students to perform at one of the assisted living communities where I like to place my clients.

Last Saturday, her amazing students performed for all of the residents at MorningStar Senior Living of Mission Viejo. It was very well received and a lot of fun!

She is filling up her dates for next year if any of my other communities want her to come perform for your residents!! Let me kn

What a pleasant surprise to walk into one of my favorite hospice companies and see my brochures out on the owner’s desk! I love having trusted partners that support me as much as I support them!

Cristina Allen is the owner of Community Care Hospice in Dana Point. She has a really refreshing and holistic approach to caring for her clients and their families. Plus she’s just a great human! I highly recommend Community Care Hospice in Orange County if you or a loved one is in need of hospice care, or just has any questions!
