Our mission is to create a non-threatening atmosphere where new students can come and feel comfortable in any class. Melt has an authentic passion for yoga and wants to share the gift with the community.

MELT Ladera Hot Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes, such as Power Vinyasa, Power Fusion and Yoga Cardio Sculpt. All classes are taught by certified instructors and set to music. Be prepared to experience a total mind and body workout, all in a safe and welcoming space.

A consistent yoga practice will leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired!

Yoga is a journey which helps students find balance, both on and off the mat. Work to create peace in your world, communities and families by first creating peace within yourself.

The MELT studio has premium heating and humidifying technology, mirrors and waterproof/non-slip resistant flooring. In addition, there is a convenient parking lot.
