I am not a good enough golfer to shoot the scores I think I should be able to shoot on an ongoing basis. I am also not very consistent as I can have a few good holes and then follow with several bad holes. In doing that I used to get very frustrated, tense, and angry at myself. Anyone who plays golf knows you cannot play well if you are tense and cannot let the bad shots exit your brain. Needless to say, I was not having fun golfing and would often threaten to quit because why bother if I am not having fun and the people in my group are not having fun due to my frustration with myself. And my wife did not like being with me when I returned from a bad round of golf.

I met with Heather on 09/24/25 to see if she could help. She said she could help but I was cautiously optimistic. I signed up for the Economy Program with 8 sessions over 3 months. I am happy to say Hypnosis is working for me. I am having more fun golfing and winning more often in my group. Hypnosis does not make me a better golfer, but I am having better rounds because I am relaxing more even after bad shots or entire holes. I even have drills I do to help relax during the round if needed. It is amazing that the people I play with regularly have noticed a difference. The key to my current success is relax and not let the bad shots get to me. I am easier on myself not only in golf but life in general. Again golf is not for people who are tense.

The Conference was Wonderful! You are a person I truly admire.
Thank you for all of your support and kindness. I made important documents for the office based on professional presentation you have guided me about. And my self esteem has grown. The session with you and Scott was surprising. May have some imposter syndrome (after looking it up) but more, I haven't known how to put a plan together to match my vision of being a confident & successful professional. You have told me how to do it and even though my voice cracks it's because I get ahead of myself... working on it.. and I had my fist successful 'client sign on' today after the conference.( but not because of it) it was from the Farmers market! woo hoo! Thank you.
