Highlights of my week -
1. Getting to tell a parent that no, I did not believe their child demonstrated signs of autism - and seeing their relief
2. After modeling, seeing a nonverbal student use low tech alternative communication for the first time to request
3. Hearing a 2nd grader with severe apraxia use a sentence and include ALL of his sounds!!

Yes, Joe has overcome a lot, including being a person who stutters!! You wouldn’t have known it during his speech last night and I hope this encourages the many people worldwide who also stutter - it does not have to define you!!
