Growth requires dedication, but it also requires rest.

The tricky part is learning the difference
between honoring your needs,
and hiding behind excuses.

Some days, your work is to push forward.
Show up.
Stretch your capacity.

Other days, your work is to pause.
Breathe.
Restore your nervous system.

Both are growth.

Real wisdom lives in the nuance.

Listening to your body.
Checking in with your mind.
Honoring your spirit, without abandoning your commitment to becoming.

Not all rest is avoidance.
Not all effort is alignment.

Your true flow is found
when you stay honest with yourself.

Dedication with compassion.
Discipline with awareness.
That’s balance.

You can sense it all you want. You can say "my intuition/my guides/my higher self told me" xyz...

But if you are sidestepping your own growth, you will keep getting the same lesson back around, just in a different costume.

Intuition is not here to help you escape discomfort. It is here to help you face what is true, with clarity and courage.

The patterns we avoid tend to get louder, the conversations we postpone tend to repeat, and the emotions we push down tend to resurface at the most inconvenient times.

Not because you are doing something wrong, but because life is trying to teach you something.

Growth begins the moment you turn toward the lesson instead of trying to loop-hole your way around it with your spirituality.

And sometimes, that is where support matters most. A mentor, therapist, or trusted spiritual guide can help you see the lesson clearly, stay present with it, and move through it with intention instead of resistance.

This is helpful for everyone navigating change and growth. And it is essential for those in the healing arts. Because the lessons you avoid in your own life are often the very places you will feel stuck, reactive, or entangled with your clients.

Owning your lessons is not weakness. Remember: name it to tame it and feel it to heal it - your intuition is just showing you where to look!

Meditation is a lot like the ocean.

On the surface, the waves can be loud.
Restless.
Chaotic.

Thoughts crashing.
Emotions swirling.
Your mind wondering if you’re “doing it right.”

That’s normal.

Because when you first sit down,
you’re meeting the surface of your inner world.

But the more you stay…
the more you breathe…
the more you tune inward…

You begin to drop below the waves.

And down there it gets quieter.
Still.
Spacious.

The noise doesn’t disappear…
you just learn how to go deeper than it.

Meditation isn’t about stopping the waves.
It’s about discovering the calm beneath them.

Intuition speaks in sensation, in images, in metaphor. And many people dismiss their intuitive hits as "imagination” OR go into fear assuming it’s something literal.

But your imagination is not the problem. It is one of the ways your intuition communicates with you.

Your intuition also doesn't communicate to you in fear.

If you sense a house burning down, it does not mean your physical house is about to burn down. More often, it symbolizes an internal structure, an old identity, belief, or way of being that is ready to fall apart.

And that can feel just as scary as losing your home. Because something familiar/comfortable is disintegrating.

The key is learning discernment. Figuring out how to interpret the metaphor instead of reacting to it.

When you learn to name what you are sensing and get curious about the meaning, you move from fear into awareness. You stop reacting and start understanding.

This skill is helpful for everyday life, especially during times of change and evolving as we naturally want to do as conscious beings. ✨ And✨ it is crucial for those in the healing arts, because misinterpreting metaphor can lead to unnecessary fear, projection, or confusion in your work with others.

Spoiler alert: we can help you with this at WooVersity! Check out our website for Reclaim Your Space or The Clair Path if you want to really build your intuitive muscles!

Personal transformation is a lot like going to the gym.

You don’t get stronger by thinking about working out.
You get stronger by showing up.

Again and again.
Even on the days you don’t feel like it.

At first, the weights feel heavy.
Awkward.
Uncomfortable.

Recovery days are painful.

But then something shifts.

You build strength.
Confidence.
Capacity.

And here’s the part most people don’t expect:

As you get stronger… life adds more weight.

Not to punish you, but to keep your growth going.

New challenges.
Bigger responsibilities.
Deeper healing.

That’s how progress works.

You show up.
You lift.
You grow.

And when the weight increases, it’s often proof you’re stronger than you used to be.

You Are Doing It 👏

Triggers are not a sign that you are failing. They are information.

They are signals that something inside of you wants attention, healing, or understanding.

This is where the real work begins. I am a huge fan of the sayings:

Name it to tame it & Feel it to heal it.

When you can pause long enough to notice what is happening, the tight chest, the racing thoughts, the familiar story, you create space to respond instead of react.

That is where your intuition becomes an incredible ally.

Your intuition helps you step back and see the bigger picture. It helps you hold the emotion, the memory, the reaction, all of it, with perspective. Instead of being steamrolled by the trigger, you learn to witness it, understand it, and move through it with clarity.

And sometimes, doing this work alone is hard. Having support, a mentor, therapist, trusted guide, or wise friend, can help you see what you cannot see when you are in the middle of it.

This skill is helpful for everyday life, in relationships, parenting, work, and communication. ✨And✨ it is crucial for those in the healing arts. Because when you can recognize your own triggers and not get hooked by them, you can hold space for others with clarity, neutrality, and compassion instead of unconsciously joining them in the same pattern.

This is how we create more ease and master the waves of life, and maybe even learn that riding them is a little fun! 🌊

We get stuck in our stories, and that can slow down our healing.

Not because the story isn’t real.
Not because what happened didn’t matter.

But because repeating it over and over
can keep the wound open.

Healing doesn’t mean pretending the story never happened.
It means learning how to be with it…
feel it…
honor it…

And then let it move.

You don’t have to carry the story forever to prove it was important.

At some point, the work becomes releasing the grip,so new wisdom can take its place.

Be with the story.
Learn from the story.
But don’t live inside the story.

That’s where we finally transcend, and begin living our transformation.

✨ On Easter, we celebrate resurrection. Not just as a literal event, but as a metaphor for transformation. For rising beyond the old stories, identities, the places we feel stuck or lost, and the fears that have had a grip on us.

Intuition works this way too.
It is often metaphorical.
It speaks in symbols, in images, in deeper meanings, and not always in straight lines or literal instructions.

When we learn to understand the metaphor of what we think our gut or our mind's eye is telling us, we stop reacting and start awakening to the wisdom underneath.

So if something in your life right now (or recently) feels like a death ...
a persecution, a loss, an ending, a letting go …

or if there is something you are intuitively avoiding because you’re afraid it will feel like any of *that* ...

✨ get curious ✨

What if it’s not about the loss at all?

What if it’s an invitation to heal something deeper, something that could lead to renewal, a rebirth, a next step?

Ask yourself:
What I am sensing in my intuition?
What is here for me underneath this experience?
And what is next in my growth and evolution as a soul? 🌱

Then make it a celebration!

Doubt isn’t a stop sign.
It’s a doorway.

Most people think doubt means they’re doing something wrong…or that they should turn back.

But spiritually, doubt often shows up right before a breakthrough.

Right before growth.
Right before expansion.
Right before you step into something new.

Because your old identity is loosening…
and your nervous system is catching up to the change.

So when doubt creeps in, don’t panic.

Lean in.
Get curious.
Stay the course.

Doubt doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It usually means you’re on the edge of becoming.

Hello Friends!

There’s a certain kind of person reading this post.

You know you’re a healer.

Maybe it’s your profession.
Maybe it’s simply who you are.

People open up to you.
They process in your presence.
They regulate around your nervous system.
They trust you with what’s tender and unspoken.

You are devoted to growth, your own and others’.
And you know this is your passion and purpose in life.

You might be:

🔹A therapist
🔹A coach
🔹A bodyworker
🔹An intuitive
🔹A yoga teacher
🔹Or simply someone who knows you’re here to help others transform

And maybe you’ve felt it lately…

That quiet nudge.

That next-level whisper.

The sense that your work wants to deepen.
That you are ready to evolve in your gifts and service to the world.

If this is you, I'd love to share that registration is now open for a new container called The Creative Ring.

It’s for those who feel called to:

💫Learn a powerful new healing modality to add into their practices
💫Strengthen their intuitive senses (clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, etc)
💫Understand more deeply how spiritual cause becomes physical effect
💫Refine their own frequency so they can hold clearer, stronger space for others

This is not entry-level healing.

It’s for those who already have walked a healing path for themselves.

Those that know they’re ready to go deeper.

You’ll learn a powerful new technique that clears energy at the bridge between body and spirit to help the whole healing session (whatever type of modality you practice) flow for your clients in a more complete and integrated way.

You’ll practice it.

And you’ll use it to continue healing and elevating yourself.

Because the clearest healers are the ones doing their own work.

If your body just leaned forward a little while reading this …

This is FOR YOU!

About a decade ago, I was invited by a family member to offer a healing to a man in the final stages of terminal illness.

When I arrived, it quickly turned into a very different experience than what I thought I was walking into.

Instead of being wiling to receive a healing, he challenged my beliefs.
Called them wrong, and shared a completely different belief system he held.

"Wow, what am I doing here?" I wondered.

And in that moment, I had a choice: defend … or listen.

So I grounded.
I let go of any healing request that had been made ahead of time.
And I simply witnessed him, heart to heart, and had a beautiful conversation with him.

No energy work.
No sharing of why I had come.
Just presence.
Curiosity.

The next day, his daughter said he seemed more peaceful than he had in weeks.

A beautiful reminder:

Healing isn’t always doing.
Sometimes it’s being.

Holding space means releasing your agenda
and allowing someone to be fully seen, exactly as they are.

And that kind of presence…
changes everything.
