✨Meditation: Reflecting on 2025. What was your year like? What were your celebrations? What did you conquer that felt so unbearable at the time? Let's honor the successes and challenges of the year.

✨Breathwork: Let's utilize the breath to clear out the old, stagnant energy and invite in some inspiration and motivation as we end the year.

✨Movement: Through gentle yoga movements reconnect with your body, so you can identify what you want more of in 2026.

✨Journaling: Set intentions for what you want in 2026. I will give you prompts, so you can take time to identify what you want and what you need for the new year.

⭐When you can visualize what you want, it is there for you in the future. You just have to take time identify what steps you need to take to meet your future Self.

🥎Teaching the players tools so they could learn how to:
✅calm game day nerves
✅soften game day emotions
✅improve their morning motivation
…was very empowering.

🥰And let’s not forget the importance of posture to increase confidence, strengthen core and for your overall health.
