✨Meditation: Reflecting on 2025. What was your year like? What were your celebrations? What did you conquer that felt so unbearable at the time? Let's honor the successes and challenges of the year.

✨Breathwork: Let's utilize the breath to clear out the old, stagnant energy and invite in some inspiration and motivation as we end the year.

✨Movement: Through gentle yoga movements reconnect with your body, so you can identify what you want more of in 2026.

✨Journaling: Set intentions for what you want in 2026. I will give you prompts, so you can take time to identify what you want and what you need for the new year.

⭐When you can visualize what you want, it is there for you in the future. You just have to take time identify what steps you need to take to meet your future Self.

🌟Embrace Your Fierce was so fun Friday night! Thank you for inviting me. What a fun crew to work with!

🥎Teaching the players tools so they could learn how to:
✅calm game day nerves
✅soften game day emotions
✅improve their morning motivation
…was very empowering.

🧘‍♀️Thank you to Sarah for the most helpful assist in yoga class this morning.

🛞I was at my most vulnerable state, struggling to press up into wheel pose. I hear this gentle whisper and Sarah says, “Hey what if we you put your hands under your blocks? I’ll hold them for you.”

📣I went up into wheel, the deep opening expansion across my chest allowed this loud, crazy, psychopathic noise (.biancofiori ) to come out of me.

✨It was so freeing to allow this energy in my body to naturally express itself through my breath in this pose.

👊The most important part…I had no thoughts or cares of how I looked, how I sounded. The moment was raw, pure, and freeing.

❓When your on your yoga mat, can you allow yourself the freedom to not give a damn what other people think of you and express yourself in a way where you let that bu****it deep within release itself through your breath?

🧱Can you be brave enough to offer the assist to your fellow yogi when needed?

💛Let’s continue giving each other permission to let that s**t go by not being ashamed of how we look or sound.
