Our new home!!! 😍❤️🥊

UPDATE!!! The signs are up!!! Service has been underway for over a week now. And ALL is good! I want to share a little bit about our team. Literally almost overnight they made this happen. We were able to say, “Hey crew. We are opening this up. We need all supplies and equipment ordered, and half of the practice moved… in less than a month.” And without blinking they said, “Let’s go.” This is what they do. I will feel forever blessed to be a part of this team and a part of something beautiful happening. So let’s go. There’s way more to come.😉🧡🩵🌷

Today we’re spotlighting a boxer whose last thought is to give up.
He shows absolutely no mercy when it comes to hard work— always ready to give it his all every single class. His determination and drive are the power behind every punch, pushing him to new heights both inside and outside the gym. Recently, that strength carried him through a long family trip and some amazing hikes — a reminder of just how far his hard work has taken him. Staying strong, active, young, and always on the go, he’s living proof that dedication pays off.

And if you ask him how his day is going, you’ll always hear the same thing: “Everyday is a good day.”🥊💪🏻

IT’S TIME!!!! Our PD fighters are ready for this. Let’s GEAUX!! 🥊💪🏼🩵🧡

📣📣We have a BIG announcement!📣📣
About a year and a half ago, someone in the room looked around and said “WHAT IF”… (Which scares the heck out of us… because we have LOTS of big dreamers in the room!😂🤩)
BUT… this “What If” stuck. They said, “What if… We had a Parkinson’s Center… One that when someone was diagnosed with Parkinson’s they knew exactly where to go. Where there was a hub of community resources and all the therapy they need, including Rock Steady Boxing, LSVT BIG and LOUD, PWR!, etc… along with people who they knew cared immensely about them and would do everything to help as they and their family navigate their journey to come.”
When that “What If” was thrown out there and everyone in the room’s eyes lit up and said… YES!!!… We knew we had something. And we have been bound and determined to figure it out since. We have been looking for spaces around town and when God opened the doors to a building that was beautiful and perfect… RIGHT next-door… We knew it was meant to be!!!!

What: A small casual gathering of people with Parkinson to support and encourage each other through positive discussions of their personal experiences.
