Undetectable = Untransmittable. Period. 🔥
If someone living with HIV is on treatment and has an undetectable viral load, they do not transmit HIV through s*x. This isn’t a theory. It’s proven science backed by large studies over and over again.
U=U changes everything:
✔️ It prevents HIV transmission
✔️ It reduces fear
✔️ It fights stigma
✔️ It empowers people with facts—not myths
In many cases, being with someone who is undetectable is safer than being with someone who doesn’t know their status.

A patient recently asked us, “Should I feel ashamed for taking PrEP?” Our answer: Absolutely not. Taking PrEP means you’re making informed, empowered choices about your s*xual health. It’s responsible. It’s proactive. There is no shame in protecting yourself or your partners. We celebrate every person who chooses prevention and prioritizes their well-being. Let’s keep having these conversations until stigma is a thing of the past. 🛑 Shame doesn’t prevent HIV. ✅ Education and protection do. Let’s end the stigma. Let’s normalize prevention. Let’s support each other in making healthy choices.
