Here’s good news if you’re ready to fall in love with your next home this Valentine’s Day weekend: Indiana's median sale price fell from December to January to finish even with January '25 ($250,000) while mortgage rates have averaged 6.1%. This means homebuyer budgets go further with lower monthly payments than last year! ❤️🏠
